For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), we are the controller (or, in California, the “business”) responsible for the personal data described in this Policy.

When we process data on behalf of our business customers as part of the Services, we act as a processor (or “service provider”). Our handling of that customer data is governed by our Terms of Service and any applicable data processing agreement, not by this Policy.

Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe; support communications are retained as long as needed to address your request and for our records.
